2. Cherie & Co.'s retained client, an established hotelier in the Far East wishes to enter the "prime" London Hotel market and has funds available upto £50 Million for an aqcuisition. Prime buildings with potential for conversion into a hotel will also be considered.
3. Cherie & Co. have an urgent request for prime residential and commercial portfolio's in Central London only upto £80 Million. Areas considered are Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington and other parts of Central London.
4. Cherie & Co. have an urgent request for a development site with planning permission or potential to build large freehold residential houses. Total GIA offered should be in the region of 8000 sq.ft per property with potential for secure parking. Funds upto £100 Million available.
